OZZY OSBOURNE Bassist To Play With BLACK LABEL SOCIETY On Upcoming Tour
February 17, 2003OZZY OSBOURNE's Robert Trujillo will be playing bass for BLACK LABEL SOCIETY during the band's upcoming tour, it was announced on BLS's official web site. This latest development is all but certain to put an end to the speculation that Trujillo will become a full-time member of METALLICA after having allegedly auditioned for the group late last year. In other news, the first single off BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's forthcoming "The Blessed Hellride" album, "Stillborn" (featuring a guest appearance by Ozzy Osbourne),will be going for radio adds on March 25. An accompanying video, directed by Rob Zombie, is set to premiere sometime next month. Meanwhile, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's forthcoming DVD, tentatively titled "Broozed, Boozed & Broken-Boned: Live With The Detroit Chapter", has been pushed back to a June release. It features a live performance recorded at Harpo's Concert Theater in Detroit, Michigan on Sep. 14, 2002.
